Today, we will be hitting chest and arms (biceps & triceps).

Starting with a warm up. This can be a stretch, a walk, anything to get the blood pumping. We will be doing two working sets in our first exercises for extra warm up measures.
4 Sets (2 warm up sets / 2 working sets) - Triple Set (30 reps in total)
- Pec fly machine > EZ bar bicep curl > Single arm under hand cable tricep pulldown X 10 reps per exercise
3 Sets (3 working sets) - Triple Set (30 reps in total)
- Single arm dumbbell chest press > Double over hand cable tricep push down > Single arm concentration curls with dumbbell X 10 reps per exercise
3 Sets (3 working sets) - Triple Set (30 reps in total)
- Incline dumbbell fly > Tricep dips on bench > Standing hammer bicep curls X 10 reps per exercise.
Ensure you finish with a wind down and stretch. Mobility is always important!
